While this is on, all your active listings automatically appear in the stories feed for 4 hours and are refreshed every 24 hours — not only new ones. If a paid story has already been bought for a listing, auto-publishing doesn't touch it. Buyers swipe through photos and open the card with one tap.
Use one account both on the website and in Telegram: listings, balance and chats will be shared. If you have already opened the Telegram app and created an empty account there, it will be merged with this one.
A second button — “Message on Telegram” — will appear on your listings. It opens a chat with you right in the messenger. The in-app chat stays, and the buyer chooses how to write. If you remove your Telegram username, the button disappears by itself: without it there is nothing to open.
Your Telegram account has no username right now, so the button is not shown even when the switch is on. Set a username in the Telegram settings — the button will come back by itself.
Payouts arrive here when you sell via safe deal. As a buyer, you can specify a wallet right in the deal. You can save several TON and TRON wallets and choose a default one.
Get push notifications about new messages and events right on your phone, even when the app is closed. Shop newsletters are not included: you can mute them with the megaphone icon of a shop on the following page.
Notifications are blocked in the device settings. Allow them for Marketplace to turn them on.

Add Marketplace to your home screen — chat and service activation work like in a regular app.

A shop is a separate workspace: its own designed storefront, search and filters inside the profile, its own address, staff with permissions, a shared chat on behalf of the shop, listing drafts and extended statistics.
Verification is done once. After it, the dashboard becomes available immediately. To get verified as a seller, contact support in the chat.

While the switch is on, the shop works in both versions of Marketplace. If you turn it off, both the storefront and all shop listings disappear from the Telegram app: they won't be in the feed, search, stories or ad cards. Everything stays as is in the web version.

A paid story lasts 24 hours instead of 4 and goes at the top of the feed, and the card itself gets a highlight frame in the main list. If the listing is already in stories for free, paying turns it into a paid one — the term starts over from the moment of payment. Spot is charged to the shop balance.

The link leads straight to your storefront. For every 5 invited users who link their email in Marketplace, the shop balance immediately receives 5 Spot. Your personal referral program is counted separately.
Newsletters are free. Each group has its own 12-hour pause: after sending to favorites, you can send to followers right away. Recipients are collected at the moment of sending — those who removed the item from favorites or muted your shop's notifications will get nothing.

Marketplace is a platform for listings and ads. Every user is responsible for their listings, messages and behavior. Below is what a listing card is removed for and what an account is blocked for.
A listing card is unpublished if the listing:
- offers prohibited goods or services: weapons, drugs and any substances for making them, forged documents, stolen property, other people's card and account data;
- contains pornography, intimate services, content involving minors;
- is misleading: a false price, fake photos, other people's photos, a non-existent product;
- duplicates another of your listings or spams identical cards;
- is posted in the wrong category or is not a listing (ads of other platforms, “coupons”, pyramid schemes, “easy money”);
- violates anyone's rights: other people's brands, copyrighted materials, personal data of third parties;
- contains insults, hate speech, threats or fraudulent schemes.
An account may be restricted or blocked if the user:
- repeatedly posts listings from the list above after removal and a warning;
- deceives other users: prepayment without delivery, item substitution, failure to keep agreements, phishing;
- uses other people's data, hacked or multiple accounts to get around a block;
- sends spam, insults, threats or unwanted ads in the chat;
- tries to interfere with the platform: fake activity, exploiting vulnerabilities, bypassing limits and moderation;
- commits actions that violate the law of the user's country or the country where the service is registered.
Spot are internal units of prepayment for placement services; when an account is blocked for a violation, they are not refunded and cannot be withdrawn. The platform is not a party to deals between users: payments and delivery happen outside the service, so check the counterparty yourself. The administration decides on removing a listing or blocking an account; disputed cases go through support.
